Spherical Management Concept

Spherical Management Concept

The Spherical Management Concept shows how traditional project planning methods are antiquated and limited in their operational usefulness. In today’s Agile and mobile environment there needs to be better project management control of the whole environment, not just limited to a basic view of the operational area. This concept is a practiced methodology of Gustavo Coutin (the architect of the concept) and his plans are to standardize and instruct on this method. (Design Initiated 10/10/2014)

Traditional Management Concept

Included in the Spherical Management Concept is the utilization of traditional business verticals and horizontals, the difference being that resource allocations from either can be cross utilized on various projects or operations.  Ultimately the purpose of any organization is to ensure the best product while keeping costs down.  Traditional project management methodologies are a bit antiquated and do not consider the multiple operations of a maturing organization.  Even in most government stove piped operations, the cross utilization of resources can be utilized, within the scope of current contracts and programs of record.
